What we collect
When you join the Orox waitlist, we collect your email address and your consent to hear from us. You can optionally share what you train, how often you train, and your country. If you share your referral link, we track referral codes and counts. We also store technical details that help us understand where signups come from (such as UTM parameters and the referring page).
Why we collect it
We use this information to email you about the Orox launch, early access, and related updates you opted into, to run the referral waitlist, and to understand which channels bring people to the waitlist.
How we store it
Waitlist data is stored securely in our database (Supabase / Postgres). Access is restricted to our team and server-side systems that process signups.
Unsubscribe
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out anytime. After you unsubscribe, we will stop sending launch and early-access emails.
Request deletion
To request deletion of your waitlist data, email hello@getorox.com from the address you used to sign up. We will delete your record or confirm if it was already removed.
